All students at St Matthew's RC High School are regularly assessed and their progress monitored.

Parents will be informed of their progress via Interim and Monitoring reports on a regular basis and home-school support is crucial to ensuring the best outcomes for our students.

2021 Leavers Results:

Progress 8: Not released by DfE due to cancellation of GCSE exams

Attainment 8: 48.00

We encourage staff, students and visitors to report anything that concerns them, and we will always act in the best interest of the child. Our students are taught how to stay safe, including when online, and to recognise when they may be at risk. We ensure our students know how to get help when they need it.

We are also part of Operation Encompass.  This means we get regular updates by the police about situations that may have happened within families in our community.  Please understand that sometimes we may have to speak to you about logged cases to ensure we can safeguard our children.
